When you submit the contact form, we process the details you provide so we can read, route, and reply to your enquiry. This can include your name, work email, company, selected topic, and message.

We process this information because we have a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, evaluating potential projects, and protecting the form from abuse. If your enquiry concerns entering into a contract, the processing may also be necessary to take steps at your request before that contract.

Your name, work email, topic, and message are required to send the form. Company name is optional. You are not legally required to provide this information, but without the required fields we cannot receive and respond to your enquiry.

The form is delivered by email through Resend, operated by Plus Five Five, Inc. Resend processes the submitted message, email addresses, and related delivery metadata on our behalf. Hosting and infrastructure providers may also process basic request information needed to deliver and secure the website.

Resend stores customer data in the United States. Its data processing terms describe safeguards for transfers from the EEA, including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Read Resend's Data Processing Addendum.

The contact API limits repeated submissions to protect the form from spam and abuse. It does this server-side using the request IP address and submitted email address within a one-hour window.

Website and security infrastructure may process details such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser information, and error details to operate and protect the service. Rate limiting does not set cookies or store anything in your browser.

Contact messages are kept only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, conduct relevant business follow-up, maintain necessary business records, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We assess this using the status of the enquiry, whether a business relationship followed, and applicable legal recordkeeping requirements.

Only submissions from the preceding one-hour window count toward the server-side rate limit. Infrastructure and delivery providers retain their operational records according to their service terms and legal obligations.

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal data. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests and request data portability where that right applies. Contact info@inovagent.ai to make a request.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).

We do not use contact-form information for automated decision-making or profiling.
